We're excited to announce that we're now offering our courses in the Gold Coast, Queensland. Our pre natal and post natal course modules are designed to equip you with greater knowledge, confidence and a comprehensive ‘tool kit’ of appropriate asanas (postures) and practices for safely teaching pregnant women during all stages of pregnancy, as well as confidently guiding post-partum women. Our Bliss Baby Course Facilitators are highly experienced and passionate about applying yoga to benefit women during all stages of their fertile life. The instructorsAna Davis, Bliss Baby Yoga Director Ana Davis has been teaching yoga for 15 years and is founder of Bondi Bliss Yoga Studio in Sydney. Ana has been specialising in the area of teaching and training teachers in pre/post natal yoga for the last 7 years, and conducts her teacher trainings and yoga for women’s health workshops in Australia and Japan. Ana is based in Byron Bay and is also a senior teacher on Byron Yoga Centre’s teacher training courses. Ana also specializes in Restorative Yoga and teaches on Byron Yoga Centre’s Yoga Therapy Teacher Training Courses As mother to 6 year old Marley, Ana is passionate about sharing the benefits and joys of yoga for every stage of one’s life journey. Star Rumble, Bliss Baby Yoga Facilitator Star is a devoted yogini and has been practising yoga for eighteen years and teaching for five years. She is a Senior Byron Yoga Centre qualified Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer and has trained as a Bliss Baby Facilitator with Ana Davis. Star is passionate about working with and empowering woman at all stages of their lives and has a keen interest in the sacred space a woman experiences as she moves through the stages of pregnancy and birth. Star has a 16 year old daughter and is currently continuing to expand her knowledge base by undergoing Doula certification. Course PrerequisitesThe Intensive modules are suitable for yoga teachers and teacher trainees (at minimum of level 1), and anyone who works in women’s health related fields, interested in finding out more about the benefits and applications of yoga pre and post natally.
